'Princess' Necklace

 This is a strand of cultured matched freshwater pearls.  The pearls are round to near round, white, or white with light rose overtone, 5.5 - 6.0 mm, 18" in length (including clasp), and graduated very slightly clasp to center. They are individually double-knotted by hand on a nylon strand, superior to silk for strength and durability.  The strand is attached to the clasp with a "French twist" - a coiled gold-color wire, which is stylish and  improves on wear and tear. The clasp is 14k yellow gold (stamped), a delicate, elegant gold filigree ovoid style with safety catch.
